The first outfit that really got people talking was the custom-made Ralph Lauren worn to their Cristian ceremony. The gown took 1,826 hours of work, thanks to its multitude of crystal beadings and pearl embellishments – plus, it was paired with a jaw-dropping, 75ft tulle veil.
Then, for the Hindu ceremony, Priyanka wore a custom-made red lehenga by designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee, and that took even more time to be finished – reportedly, 3,720 hours of work, with a team of 100-plus people.
