Although Meghan’s dress may appear to be a fairly simple gown, there are quite a lot of intricate details the British designer, Clare Waight Keller, incorporated to make it unique.
As a tribute to her husband, Prince Harry, being the Youth Ambassador for the Commonwealth, Meghan’s veil was embroidered with flowers to represent the 53 nations of the British Commonwealth. On the inside of the veil was a small piece of a blue dress which Meghan had worn on the couple’s first date for her sentimental ‘something blue.’
