If you want to understand this guy’s costume, just know it is an inside joke. No, really, we are being serious. He literally is dressed up as an inside joke, complete with a sign attached to a t-shirt that has a picture of an x-ray of ribs printed onto it.
If he pulls down his shirt, you would not even see the sign or the costume, which we guess makes it an inside costume as well.
