This costume is pretty funny once we stopped to think about it for a second. This couple are wearing galaxy printed outfits to represent the universe, whilst also dressing up with stethoscopes to represent the medical system.
With these two components to the outfit, they are dressed as universal healthcare. We have to give it to them for being pretty smart. We certainly can not say that we would be able to think of such a costume.
