It is no secret that Ellen DeGeneres is one of the most famous and most successful hosts on television. Known for interviewing the biggest A-listers in Hollywood, Ellen has also held onto a reputation for being one of the nicest celebrities around with her main motto being ‘Be kind.’
Recently, however, more and more allegations against the host have come to light – with many former guests and ex-employees accusing Ellen of being a lot less friendly than she appears to be on screen. Former staff members aren’t the only ones who aren’t crazy about the famous host, some celebrities have some beef with her too. From Taylor Swift to Drew Barrymore, these are the celebrities who may not really be besties with Ellen after all.

Lots of guests really appreciate Ellen for the honesty and openness that her show allows for. Her interviews have the feeling of two friends just talking about their lives, and this is a really nice change of pace for celebs that are used to a more strict Q&A-type format. It can occasionally backfire, however, and this is definitely what happened when Jessica Simpson came on.
She raved on as if she had no control over herself the entire interview, and it was super embarrassing. Jessica probably regrets it, and Ellen definitely wasn’t happy with her.
